About The Position

We are seeking a hard-working and dependable Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areas. This role is essential in supporting both kitchen and wait staff by keeping workstations stocked, ensuring dishes and food preparation areas are clean, and upholding all sanitation and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Current Food Handlers Card
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, and workstations
  • Wash, clean, and properly store dishes, utensils, and dinnerware
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain clean and safe floors
  • Refill kitchen and dining area supplies as needed
  • Properly dispose of trash and recycling
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and storing supplies correctly
  • Support wait staff, including tray handling and trash pickup
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
