About The Position

As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll ensure clean dining areas, assist with banquet setups, and create lasting memories for guests with your welcoming service and attention to their needs.

Requirements

• Will be familiar with using cleaning equipment.
• Is at least a minimum of 18 years old.
• Possess prior experience working in Stewarding or cleaning field.

Responsibilities

• Handle dishes, utensils, and glassware, loading them into the dishwasher and ensuring they're cleaned thoroughly for reuse.
• Organize cleaned dishes and return any that need a second wash.
• Keep the kitchen spotless by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing walls, cleaning trash cans, and tidying up the loading dock.
• Regularly clean and maintain stoves, ovens, grills, and broilers, ensuring they’re ready for use, including scrubbing surfaces and relighting when needed.
