Requirements

The candidate must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
They should possess flexible availability to accommodate scheduling needs.
The candidate should have a strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages.
They must be able to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation in their role.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 19 years of age.
6+ months of prior relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

Efficiently take orders and serve food and drinks accurately in the designated work area.
Prepare and garnish cocktails for guests, ensuring timely service.
Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available.
Be knowledgeable about hotel services, local attractions, and activities to respond accurately to guest inquiries.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up supplies, inspecting cleanliness, and addressing any deficiencies.
Resolve guest complaints within authority; refer other issues to management and report unusual events or missing items to supervisors or Security.
