About The Position

Altitude Trampoline Park in Odessa, Texas, is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team member with a passion for service excellence and fun to join our team! The Kitchen Shift Manager ensures consistent food quality, safety, prompt service and efficiency in kitchen operations. They provide great service and great food for our guests, promote a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park guests, jumpers, and team. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manages inventory so that all necessary ingredients and supplies are stocked for service Provides training to staff Maintians prompt service times, flow, and organization Ensures cleaning standards and sanitation levels are maintained by staff Identifies and reduces food and supply waste in the kitchen Ensure food products and supplies are stored and handled in compliance with safety standards Hands on food prep and cooking, managing consistency and quality Works with food vendors, verifying food orders and deliveries Ensure compliance with established Altitude Trampoline Park policies and procedures Provide courteous customer service and responds to customer's questions, complaints or requests. Directs any unresolved issues to management. Maintain an image of competence and professionalism to customers, employees and management Serves as a leader and role model to staff at all times Serves as a key holder and manages open/closing duties Ensure staff is ready for work and understands assignments Ensure that all concessions are stocked, prepared, at the required temperature, and ready to sell Ensure appropriate cleaning supplies are stocked and ready to use Work as a Shift Manager, Cashier (when needed) Assist in fulfilling the daily deep cleaning schedule of the kitchen and note/report on daily findings of kitchen cleaning needs Complies with and supports dress code at all times Provides or performs other services or duties as needed Weekends are a definite must.

  • Food Manager and TABC certification within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to move about the park briskly, walk up and down stairs, stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
