Requirements
- 1+ years of previous kitchen experience
- Bilingual: Spanish to English
- Desire to lead yourself and others

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations in the Back of House and assist in leading a team of 10+ people
- Collaborate with the Owner/Operator and Directors to set and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly goals
- Lead with a proactive and self-directed approach and lead others to do the same
- Promote a culture of care, safety, and excellence every day in the kitchen
