Responsibilities

Generating outside leads independently in addition to those we provide
Qualifies each prospect’s needs into a plan of sales actions.
Promptly contact and track prospective customers received via different channels including online, Facebook, direct mail, print publications, professional referrals, and Home Shows or other in-person events
Conduct virtual and personal meetings with prospective customers, using the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process.
Creating proposals with our web-based quoting system
Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.
Photographs the remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the album.
Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer.
Processes all credit card charges and collects payments from customers.
Communicates necessary information to the franchise owner or manager to enable them to complete a cabinet order.
Completes the purchase order requisition to enable the franchise owner or manager to type the purchase order.
Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
Has flexible work schedule to satisfy demand.
Maintain frequent, authentic communication with customers and coworkers.
Represent the brand and position yourself as the industry professional in the area.
