As the leaders of the kitchen, Kitchen Managers (KMs) are the culinary experts responsible for maintaining pristine operating conditions in the kitchen. They are tasked with selecting and motivating back-of-house employees and managing costs to ensure the overall financial success of the location. The ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment scene, can inspire fun in their team, is proficient in all kitchen stations, and can lead any team. They should be able to handle high-volume days (100K days) and work an average of 50-hour work weeks. They enjoy new menu rollouts and introducing new food items to guests, thriving on instant satisfaction from improving guest experiences or elevating team performance. The company operates two brands, Dave & Buster’s and Main Event Entertainment, offering double growth opportunities.
