Reporting to the General Manager, the Cake Bake Shop Kitchen Manager will have a passion for savory creations as well as lead the culinary team to ensure that the kitchen runs effectively, new hire training and execution within our locations to exceed our guest expectations. The Kitchen Manager must be knowledgeable in executing a savory kitchen and developing a well-organized line. You will be the culinary standards leader, coach and mentor and are critical to the consistent improvement of our culinary team. Our Kitchen Manager is responsible for controlling all labor and food costs targets in all retail locations by overseeing purchasing and inventory systems. The Kitchen Manager must be level headed, able to handle stress and be a strong strategic leader.
