Requirements

2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
A passion for training and developing your team

Responsibilities

Create legendary experiences for guests and team members through the management of the Heart-of-House (HOH) as the Kitchen Manager
Oversee the execution and performance of the HOH
Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
