Calypso Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations in a high-volume, fast-paced, seasonal environment . This role oversees food quality, kitchen execution, staff leadership, and cost control while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Moliar Hospitality Group is a locally owned and operated food and beverage organization that focuses on enriching the lives of our guests, our employees and owners. We currently own and operate 4 successful establishments: Calypso Bar and Grill, Repeal Bourbon and Burgers, 2 Hair of the Dog Eatery’s(Downtown Granby, & Loehmann’s Plaza in Virginia Beach)
