About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure without compromising quality.
