Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise meal preparation and service.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and allergy protocols.
  • Manage food inventory and storage.
  • Supervise Kitchen Specialist.
  • Maintain documentation required by health regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
