About the Role As Kitchen Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and develop a strong, motivated back-of-house team. Your leadership will ensure every shift runs smoothly, every dish meets our standards, and every guest leaves happy and ready to return.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Exceptional Shifts
  • Run high-performing shifts with a focus on food quality, speed, and consistency
  • Ensure all guests receive outstanding food and service
  • Coach and support team members in real time
  • Drive Financial Performance
  • Manage food and labor costs to meet budget targets
  • Analyze sales and KPI data to improve performance
  • Oversee scheduling to align with business needs
  • Deliver Food Excellence
  • Maintain top-tier food quality, plating, and ticket times
  • Ensure full execution of line checks, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Lead all menu rollouts, features, and culinary initiatives
  • Build and Develop Your Team
  • Hire, train, and develop a strong culinary team
  • Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching
  • Foster a positive, energetic culture with high morale and low turnover
  • Own Kitchen Operations
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and supplies
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
