What You’ll Do As our Kitchen Manager , you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our kitchen, including:

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Understanding of cost control, inventory, and scheduling
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • 2 year experience as a kitchen manager (preferred)
  • ServSafe certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supervising all kitchen staff — hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Managing food and labor costs while maintaining high standards
  • Overseeing ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health standards
  • Working closely with the GM and front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • Jumping on the line as needed — we’re a hands-on team!
