The Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen and culinary functions, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies and are responsible for the quality of food while ensuring seamless operations. The Kitchen Manager reports to the Operating Partner and Regional Chef. Annual Compensation: $80k-$90k plus bonuses
