We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Manager for a Convenience Store Quick Service Restaurant. This full-time position involves overseeing kitchen operations, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Prep and Prepare food
- Serving
- Maintaining knowledge of food ingredients and recipes
- Maintaining and keeping a clean organized area
- Ensuring we follow all Food Safety Guidelines
- Completing proper maintenance off all equipment
- Hiring and maintaining staff
- Weekly ordering and controlling inventory
- Working efficiently with General Manager
