About The Position
Carolina Ale House is looking for a phenomenal Kitchen Key Hourly Manager to join our team in Augusta! Provide support to the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) Acts as shift leader and lead all staff working in the kitchen Upholds all company values and service standards at all times Assist with conducting pre-shift huddles Achieve operational directives Communicates problems or issues to the MOD Communicates effectively with staff, guests, and other members of management Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures Work with team to accomplish targets Ensure the safety and health of employees & guests at all times Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Restaurant Experience
- Must be dependable & have drive to succeed
- Working experience in a casual dining atmosphere
- Background screening required
