POSITION SNAPSHOT: The Key Hourly position will help the Restaurant Managers in running stellar shifts and ensuring each of our guests has an unparalleled experience. You will gain invaluable knowledge in how to run floor shifts, manage people, run great events and give our guests amazing service! This position is the steppingstone into a Restaurant Manager position. YOU WILL BE GREAT AT D&B IF: You love working in a fast paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene. You are able to communicate with Employees and Guests in a way that inspires FUN! You like immediate gratification! Requirements

Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment.
Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
Read and write handwritten notes.
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
Walk or stand 100% of shift.
Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently.
