About The Position

We are looking for a Kitchen Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Keizer. The right candidate for this role will be passionate about consistently and efficiently delivering high quality food for our guests while developing the Back-of-House (BOH) Team. Your Impact: As a member of the Executive Team, you will partner directly with the local Owner Operator to deliver high quality food for our guests Responsible for weekly scheduling of 50+ BOH team members Responsible for placing all product orders and maintaining inventory Assist in the hiring and development process of BOH team members and leaders Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning are completed as scheduled Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety and quality Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals

Requirements

  • 3 Years of food service related Leadership experience required
  • Full availability is required (Mon-Sat; open to close; Holidays)
  • Ability to effectively communicate all Kitchen related goals and success factors
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about food safety
  • Fun, outgoing, energetic personality
  • Ability and eagerness to mentor younger team members and to have a positive impact on their professional development
  • Detailed, organized and process-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's Degree
