Requirements

Licensed Realtors, real estate agents , or those with residential sales experience
Professionals who understand home staging, curb appeal, and value-boosting renovations
Self-motivated with strong communication and presentation skills
Organized, tech-savvy, and CRM-capable
Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license
Goal-oriented and driven to close high-value deals

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home design consultations using a proven, needs-based sales process
Present remodeling solutions with digital design tools and physical samples
Prepare and present detailed proposals using our CRM (training provided)
Guide clients through the selection process with a focus on return on investment and home value enhancement
Collaborate with the installation team for seamless project delivery
Represent our brand at home shows, open houses, and real estate networking events
