About The Position
Tucson Illegal Pete's is hiring for Kitchen Crew Members!! Want to make above-market wages?! Ready to make Illegal Pete's the place to be with the best food?? We want YOU! Think full-bar, two levels with a bar on each level, events, amazing food, newly renovated patio, new kitchen equipment, and a ton of fun located on University Boulevard at the Main Gate of the University of Arizona! Kitchen Crew Members make the magic happen at Illegal Pete's, creating the great food that we're known for. Kitchen Crew are responsible for food quality, cleanliness and speed. This position works in various stations within the restaurant which may include prep, grill, and dish. MORE MONEY - 23.00 - $26.00 per hour including tips! We believe in paying a Living Wage and that’s why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Base rate starting at $18.81 depending on experience, skill, and/or education. All in benefits and pay up to $68,000 per year! Requirements
- Create an atmosphere that celebrates individuality and relaxed human connection
- Deliver excellent guest service
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
- Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
