About The Position

The Kitchen and Bath Expeditor role is to support the Kitchen and Bath sales team by engaging in face to face, phone, and electronic sales by utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills in order execute functional design and layout solutions. Facilitate and expedite the flow of Kitchen and Bath products to and from vendors and customers.
$20 - $22 per hour with annual performance based raises!

Responsibilities

• Assist and support K&B sales with product selection, questions, and order writing
• Check orders for accuracy
• Set up special orders
• Schedule deliveries to satisfy customer needs and to maintain the profitability of the sale
• Deal directly with vendors to ensure prompts and accurate delivery of goods to appropriate locations
• Inspect goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match order specifications
• Handle any delivery inconsistencies or delays
• Develop a continuous business relationship with customers and our vendors
• Maintain a neat and clean showroom appearance
• Ensure product literature is current and in stock
• Practice good merchandising including setup and traffic flow
• Maintain inventory levels
• Other duties may be assigned
