About The Position
Performs functions in support of cold food preparation, servery set up and replenishment, and customer food service. Performs general sanitation duties mainly in the dish room and pot & pan cleaning area. May be assigned sanitation procedures in related areas of dining hall including kitchen, servery, dining rooms, rest rooms and exteriors.
