The Cook/Kitchen Assistant is responsible for preparing and ensuring the smooth operation of meal service in the Community Kitchen. This role involves determining the type of meal to be served, preparing, cooking, serving, and performing post-meal cleanup for over 100 meals daily. The service includes approximately 75 meals during breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a serving line, as well as preparing about 80 to-go meals for community lunch. This is a Full-Time, Non-exempt position that requires weekend and evening availability.
