1-Assist in the preparation and serving of meals. Takes over to prepare meals and serves when Cook is out. 2-Cleans kitchen equipment and tables, washes dishes, sweeps and mops floors. 3-Cleans refrigerators and freezers. 4-Empties trash cans 5-Sorts donated food.
