About The Position

The Buehler’s Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for all aspects of Front of House (FOH) or the dining area to ensure that our loyal customers have an exceptional dining experience each and every time they choose to dine with us. This position requires working closely with our Food Service team to ensure that each meal is delivered to the customer in a timely manner. The Restaurant Lead will support the Tipped Server by assisting with seating, drink orders, and bussing. Restaurant Leads will not take tables from start to finish. Requirements

  • Manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
  • Able to work within our kitchen environment that includes equipment such as an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, coffee machine, steamer, mixer and chef’s knives…so frequently you will be exposed to heat, steam, fire and noise
