About The Position

Kitchen Staff This position serves in the kitchen on a short-term or season-long basis as a line cook, working under the direction of the head chef/head cook. Skillset includes: enjoying time in the kitchen supporting food and fellowship; willingness to take direction and learn new things; creativity and efficiency. Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but is not required. This can be an entry or mid-level hourly paid position open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Food Safety Certification course provided. The assistant head cook may line out staff or close out a shift in the head chef/head cook’s absence. Skillset includes: experience in a kitchen environment and management of kitchen staff; enjoying time in the kitchen supporting food and fellowship; willingness to learn new things; creativity and efficiency. Click here to view full Job Description Lodge Manager This position manages counselor-in-training and staff lodge/dish crews to maintain the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the lodge, as well as other shared spaces on property, such as Wyly Lodge and the Boyman Center. The lodge manager is responsible for finishing any work not completed by CIT crews and for maintaining the lodge in its entirety.
