Looking for a new career? Our Kitchen and Bath department is seeking a creative, organized sales driven kitchen designer for our Hudson, MA location. We now have eight locations for kitchens! We offer a flexible schedule with minimal floor time once you are established. Some Saturdays are required. Responsibilities

maintain most up to date 2020 version and product catalogs in your company supplied laptop
maintain an excellent knowledge of products, industry trends and pricing.
provide a thorough sales presentation for each customer, including and not limited to: arriving on time for each appointment, determining customer needs, presenting 2020 design and working through any changes in a timely manner. Once complete, create the estimate, collect deposit and order material through vendor, based on client timeline for delivery. Follow our special order procedures and schedule deliveries as needed according to delivery policy.
Support the installation process by providing customer and contractor thorough installation plans, elevations and notes. Jobsite visits and conference calls as necessary so the project stays on track.
Cooperate with all other Koopman Lumber personnel to ensure a healthy and prosperous working environment. Pitch in as necessary to keep the showroom neat and organized.
Work with our outside sales team to build connections with contractors, prospect as needed to build new business. Your thoughtful work will create the referrals you need in this industry to get busy and stay busy.
Sitting, standing, walking in client homes, construction sites and showrooms.
Valid driver license required.

Occasional travel to vendors for training and team trips.
