About The Position

Your Role: As a kitchen and Bath Installer, you’ll be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction on every job. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and has a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Requirements

2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, or in-home renovation experience
Ability to take accurate measurements (using tape measure, level, combination square)
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.)
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience installing kitchens and bathrooms in residential remodeling environments
Proven experience with bathroom remodels including shower/tub installations, waterproofing, tile work, vanity and fixture installation
Proven experience with kitchen remodels including cabinet and countertop installations, backsplash installation, and appliance setup
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and scopes of work
Strong understanding of jobsite sequencing and finish-level tolerances
Competent in basic framing, drywall, trim carpentry, and minor repairs
Solid knowledge of building codes and best practices for residential remodeling
Ability to layout work accurately, take measurements, and plan material usage
Must own and maintain a reliable set of professional hand and power tools
Ability to safely operate saws, drills, nailers, grinders, and tile saws
Familiarity with modern waterproofing and tile systems
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Clean, organized, and respectful on job sites
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Communicate clearly with project managers and homeowners
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and accountable
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check (required)
Ability to pass drug test (required)

Responsibilities

Remodel bathrooms in as little a single day using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills
Ability to assist in kitchen remodels from demolition to framing and cabinetry install all the way through the finishing details.
Follow installation standards and procedures to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction
Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with customers at all times
Keep work areas clean and organized, respecting the customer’s property
Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new installations
Complete necessary paperwork and submit photos
Stock and maintain the installation vehicle with tools and materials
