Job Purpose & Position Overview Assist the Head Cook with preparing meals for Summer Feeding youth/participants. Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities: Demonstrate the Winnebago Tribe’s core mission, vision, and values. Assist with preparing meals, according to cycle menu. Adhere to and promote program rules for all participants. Follow standardized recipes, using correct weights and measures. Utilize safe food handling practices, including proper storage of food. Keep work area clean and sanitize after daily food preparation is complete. Store all equipment and utensils properly. Follow safety and sanitation rules. Report any issues to the Head Cook. Follow-up on daily food preparation for following day. Inventory/stock weekly grocery order. Duties listed are only an illustration of the various types of work performed.
