Kit assembly: Pick, Organize, and package parts according to Bills of Materials (BOM) or digital work tickets Quality Control: Inspect all components for defects and verify quantities to maintain zero-error production standards Technical Reading: Interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings to identify specialized upfit hardwarde Shop Maintenance: Adhere to 5S organizational standards to ensure a safe, high-efficiency workplace Collaborating with team members, you will communicate any challenges or suggestions for process improvements, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be expected to meet daily production goals while adhering to scheduled timelines.
