Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail is crucial, as accuracy in assembly directly impacts product quality and safety.
  • Possess solid hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, allowing you to handle various components with precision.
  • Effective communication skills are needed to collaborate with team members and understand instructions clearly.
  • Problem-solving abilities are beneficial for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the assembly process.
  • A dependable work ethic and the ability to manage time efficiently will help you meet production goals consistently.

  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years in warehouse/manufacturing, or kit building/inventory control environments preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Kit assembly: Pick, Organize, and package parts according to Bills of Materials (BOM) or digital work tickets
  • Quality Control: Inspect all components for defects and verify quantities to maintain zero-error production standards
  • Technical Reading: Interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings to identify specialized upfit hardwarde
  • Shop Maintenance: Adhere to 5S organizational standards to ensure a safe, high-efficiency workplace
  • Collaborating with team members, you will communicate any challenges or suggestions for process improvements, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Additionally, you will be expected to meet daily production goals while adhering to scheduled timelines.
