About The Position

Assemble product per customer requirements/industry standards with the emphasis on sub-assemblies or kit assemblies. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8:00am – 5:00 pm. Assemble product per drawing, specifications, or BOMs with the emphasis on kit assemblies (i.e. hose kits, component assemblies, extrusion kits, lubrication assemblies, etc.). Prioritize build schedules based upon production schedules or required dates. Communicate production improvement ideas or issues to management. Assist in training new personnel as needed. Track and report errors and downtime on a weekly basis. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Three to five years of related work experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and other Triad employees.
• Reads and follow written work instructions.
• Possess strong mathematical skills- add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to handle products (inventory) up to 100 pounds.
• Must have fabrication and circuitry experience.
• Individuals must score 70% or higher on the Mechanical Aptitude test.
• Skills required for the job include (can be trained): Industrial Hydraulic Technologies 1 and 2, Hydraulic maintenance technology, pneumatic circuitry and forklift.
