About The Position

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Residential Outside Sales Representatives. This role involves managing a local territory and engaging directly with residents to provide high-speed internet solutions. Kinetic provides the necessary tools and paid training to help individuals from backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, or customer service transition their people skills into a high-paying career. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Enjoy building rapport and can handle "no" with a smile (Great People Skills).
Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets (Drive).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (Mobility).
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains most of the day (Outdoor Adaptability).
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace for virtual meetings (25 Mbps+ internet).
Comfortable using mobile devices (iOS).
Ability to work - days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Identify resident needs and match them with Kinetic internet products (Consultative Selling).
Process orders, set up billing, and ensure a smooth activation for customers (End-to-End Service).
Follow up with customers to generate referrals and attend local community events to expand your network (Build Your Brand).
Use provided mobile tools (iPads/iPhones) and internal software to eliminate channel conflict and maximize sales (Tech-Forward).
