About The Position

The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, faith-centered learning environment that supports the spiritual, academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young children. The teacher integrates Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction while delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with state standards and diocesan guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Valid state teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Commitment to supporting and modeling Catholic values and teachings.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and best instructional practices.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Completion of diocesan background check and Safe Environment/child protection training.
