About The Position

My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is looking for energetic, positive individuals to join our team as Kids Gym Instructors / Activity Leaders. This role is active, fun, and meaningful — you help children build confidence, strength, and social skills through structured play and fitness.

Requirements

High-energy, friendly, and comfortable engaging with kids
Reliable communicator with strong teamwork skills
Confident performing, speaking, or leading in front of groups
Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including weekends
Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining safety standards

Nice To Haves

Experience in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, theatre, or early childhood education is a big plus

Responsibilities

Teach children’s fitness classes, preschool programs, and parent/child classes
Lead activities, songs, games, and movement routines
Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers
Host birthday parties and special events (tips included!)
Ensure a clean, safe, healthy environment
Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the team
