About The Position

My Gym is seeking a passionate and dedicated Gym Teacher to lead our children’s fitness programs. This role starts with being a LEAD TEACHER, and learning the program and the MY GYM philosophies. Once accomplished, you will be a strong lead teacher, promote sales, help manage staff, and create an engaging environment for children and their families. Your leadership will ensure high-quality fitness instruction while fostering a positive and supportive community. Requirements

Proven experience working with young children in an organized play environment
Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Lead by example.
Strong willingness to collaborate as a team player and contribute to a positive work environment
Excellent communication skills to engage clearly with staff and clients
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Capacity to stand and move for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while fulfilling job responsibilities

Responsibilities

Manage the center's daily operations, including teaching, children and parents, class schedules, staff training, and facility maintenance.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with families to ensure their satisfaction and engagement.
Maintain strong staff relations to build the Gym enrollment.
Create and implement strategies to boost enrollment and retain currently enrolled families.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff
