About The Position

White Columns Country Club is seeking an energetic, responsible, and engaging Kids Club Supervisor to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our members’ children. This role is essential in enhancing the family experience at the Club by delivering high-quality care and developing and executing interactive programming.

Requirements

• Previous teaching, childcare, camp, or youth program experience required. (Minimum 2 years)
• Friendly, energetic, and patient personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage groups of children of various ages
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain while employed)
• Must be dependable and professional in appearance and conduct

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Supervise Kid's Club Attendants and Camp Counselors
• Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment through games, crafts, and activities
• Assist in the creation and lead kids club programming
• Check children in and out according to Club procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s experience or any concerns
• Enforce Kids Club policies and safety standards consistently
• Assist with special events, family programming, and seasonal activities
• Respond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies
