About The Position
Crowley Kia is a proud member of the Crowley Auto Group, a trusted name in Connecticut automotive sales and service. We're seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic sales team and help connect drivers with the latest and greatest from Kia's award-winning lineup. As a Sales Consultant, you'll represent the full range of 2025 Kia vehicles, including: SUVs & Crossovers: Telluride, Sorento, Sportage, Seltos, Niro, EV9, EV6 Sedans & Compacts: K5, K4 (formerly Forte), Rio Minivans & MPVs: Carnival Hybrids & EVs: Niro Hybrid/EV, EV6, EV9, Carnival Hybrid Pre-owned vehicles of all types
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and present Kia vehicles' features, benefits, and technology
- Guide customers through the sales process from test drive to delivery
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new models and incentives
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
