Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience servicing KIA (or relevant import brand).
- Valid driver’s license & personal tools required.
- Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- ASE Certification preferred.
- CDK experience a plus.
- Must be comfortable with digital MPI (photo & video inspections).
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair KIA vehicles, including engine, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Perform inspections and services per KIA manufacturer guidelines.
- Complete diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements efficiently.
- Mentor junior technicians and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
