About The Position
My Sister's Closet has been a trusted name in luxury consignment since 1991. We offer a curated selection of designer clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories, providing consignors a way to earn extra cash and shoppers the opportunity to find high-end fashion at exceptional prices. We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable individual to join our team as a Keyholder. In this role, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining operational excellence, and serving as a positive role model for the team. Wage is based on experience in a keyholder position This position is commission eligible Full Time 38-40 hours per week
Requirements
- At least one year of retail keyholder experience is required.
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication customer service skills
- Ability to assist management with coaching, mentoring, and daily operations.
- Physical ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform tasks involving sitting, kneeling, and reaching.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with high-end retail and e-commerce is a plus.
