About The Position
INTAKE SPECIALIST : LUXURY CONSIGNMENT MY SISTER'S CLOSET LINCOLN VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA My Sister's Closet has been in business since doors opened in 1991. We consign luxury designer brand clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories, it's a great way for the consignor to make extra cash and the shopper to find great pieces of high-end fashion at an excellent price. We are looking for individuals who have experience authenticating couture, designer clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories. These individuals must be able to select glorious pieces that our wonderful clientele expect from us. Impeccable customer service and communication skills will enable you to communicate effectively with our consignors. This is a full-time position Wage will be based on experience in luxury brands & intake.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of luxury designer labels.
- Experience authenticating designer clothing, shoes, and handbags is required.
- Must be update with current fashion trends and designers.
- Must carry a professional attitude and professional appearance.
- At least 3 years experience customer service, verbal and written communications.
- Computer & mobile skills (Google, Microsoft Office, IOS, basic internet).
- POS experience required.
- Ability to multi-task and help out in other areas of the store when needed.
- This position requires long periods of standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and at least lifting up to 30lbs.
- Weekend shifts are required.
