About The Position

REICO Kitchen and Bath is looking for a Key Business Manager for our Wilmington, DE showroom. The ideal candidate will have sales experience as well as some cabinetry or construction knowledge, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales territory of builders, contractors, and other trade partners. This individual will collaborate with team members (including Project Coordinator and Designer) to improve the entire customer experience and meet individual and team-wide sales quotas.

Requirements

General/outside sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation
Experience building & maintaining sales territory
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Team collaboration skills
Exceptional customer service
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation required to travel to client sites and other Reico locations
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

Construction or kitchen & bath design and remodeling experience a plus
2020 Design software experience a plus
AA/BA/BS in Interior Design or related field a plus
