Monsieur Touton is currently seeking an enthusiastic Key Accounts Support Analyst. Reporting to the Key Accounts Technical Lead, this role will support chain and large account managers and customers, serving as a key liaison between the accounts and various internal departments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.   • Support Chain Account Managers and Key Account Managers with, but not limited to data analysis, report preparation, system troubleshooting, maintaining account data, and administrative assistance
  • Manage and reconcile account-related data in multiple third-party platforms used by national retailers and customers
  • Deliver basic and advanced customer service support for national accounts
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance of national accounts portfolios
  • Develop reports and tools that improve and automate the data exchange and management of our large customers
  • Coordinate with intra-company departments to achieve goals
  • Communicate effectively with intra-company managers and inter-company business partners
  • Coordinate and produce proposals for accounts
  • Manage ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in SQL, developing reports, Microsoft Office Suite, such as, but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of PowerApps, SSRS, Power BI preferred.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel such as, but not limited to formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of the wine industry and its market dynamics is preferred.
  • Previous experience in working in a distribution environment is a plus.
  • Experience using tools such as SQL, Python, and/or automation scripts are welcomed.
