Trane Key Accounts is hiring a Service Support Administrator. As a Service Administrator, you will be supporting our Implementation and Sales team with some of the largest and most complex customers that Trane services. You will be coordinating between our sales teams and customers to facilitate our processes and tools that keep our business functioning smoothly. This position includes sales support for account level functions, which requires analytical skills, problem solving, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding communication. The role specifically focuses on Salesforce CRM support, tactical execution on accounts, and organizing multiple internal experts to deliver top-tier experience for our customers. As you become more experienced, you can support the outside sales force with opportunity deliverables, market intelligence, and contact with current customers. The most experienced Sales Admins may be assigned to special projects, which require hands-on involvement with complex orders, those that require significant coordination with external entities, or even develop processes and tools that improve the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Impute and manage CRM data within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Sales Team members and Sales Leaders supporting new and current customer support needs
  • Coordinate requests between Key Accounts and local sales offices within Trane, including our franchisees.
  • Ensure that all paperwork is maintained to respond to customer inquiries timely and ensure internal process requirements.
  • Process streamlining and documentation, team metrics and account level reporting
