Purpose: The Key Accounts Marketing Manager is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives that support Athene's Financial Institutions Channel and Sales teams for our most important client accounts. This individual will drive ideation, planning, and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen relationships with key distribution partners, increase product adoption, and enhance engagement at these key firms. We are seeking a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the financial services industry and sales channels, and a proven ability to collaborate across teams. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to activate key firms, advance sales goals, and deliver meaningful marketing results. The role will serve as the primary marketing contact for key clients-anticipating needs, coordinating across internal Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring timely deliverables, and helping clients achieve shared success with Athene.
