About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Key Accounts Coordinator to support national and independent retail accounts within a fast-paced, product-driven environment. This role is critical to ensuring seamless order execution, strong customer relationships, and accurate coordination between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume setting, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes ownership of the full order lifecycle from initial entry through final delivery. Our client is a well-established national wholesale distributor headquartered in Arlington, Texas, with over 30 years of experience serving retailers across the United States. The organization specializes in seasonal dcor and lifestyle merchandise, delivering curated collections aligned with evolving consumer trends. With showroom presence in major markets such as Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas, the company continues to grow through strong retail partnerships and innovative product offerings.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas, Fort Worth area
  • Onsite position, collaboration with internal teams is essential
  • Willingness to travel to major markets, including Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts and oversee the full order fulfillment lifecycle
  • Process sales orders, generate quotes, and support orders originating from market events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication with customers
  • Provide accurate delivery timelines and status updates
  • Create and issue purchase orders to vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain communication regarding order status
  • Coordinate customer-specific tagging, routing, and shipping requirements
  • Provide product details and specifications to customers as needed
  • Resolve customer issues including damages, reships, and credit memos
  • Maintain organized seasonal order records, including Christmas and Spring product lines
  • Manage international orders, including minimum requirements, proformas, freight approvals, and payment coordination
  • Support inbound customer inquiries and assist during peak seasonal periods
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and shipping teams to ensure execution excellence
