The Key Account Store Operations Specialist will work closely with Key Partnership Managers on key accounts and provide store level support. You will track KPIs in dashboards, build positive relationships with store level employees, and follow up on opportunities and issues, ensuring that your key account stores perform at their best. Some of the daily operations of this role will include: Analysis of store performance to guide daily actions and priorities Offering ongoing support to stores to ensure a positive customer experience Continuously engaging with stores to ensure ongoing optimization and impact Developing store level engagement plans to grow and retain partnership Working collaboratively with the Key Accounts team to achieve targets and goals
