The Key Account Specialist (KAS) will have a full-time account management role to work in conjunction with the sales team and other staff of the organization to facilitate the smooth running of the company’s customer requests. The primary focus is to create long-term, trusting relationships with assigned key accounts. KAS will be responsible for building quotes and complex order entry (regular and blanket orders). Must thoroughly enjoy meeting and talking with people and developing business relationships. You will provide advice, recommendations and compelling quotations to customers and follow up along with following up on opportunities until closure. Additionally, the KAS will work directly with our Business Development team to strengthen relationships with assigned key accounts. Employee may perform other duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
