About The Position

The Key Account Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving business growth and maintaining account satisfaction. This position works closely with the sales leader to achieve quarterly revenue and margin targets for a designated key account. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience or an equivalent background.
  • Demonstrated strong sense of urgency, commitment, and results orientation, with a passion for winning and being a valuable team player.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Advanced computer skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, PBI and PowerPoint considered a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales operations and data, including invoice resolution, customer rebate reports, earnings summaries, and Total Addressable Market (TAM) tracking and reporting.
  • Support Executive Business Reviews (EBR) by preparing materials and organizing executive meetings.
  • Submit, track, and maintain accurate forecasting data; coordinate with the Business Unit to ensure supply aligns with forecasted demand and secured purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with customers and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to ensure purchase orders are placed within lead time and track shipment schedules.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare meeting materials, and distribute notes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare for customer meetings with thorough market research, competitive analysis, and product knowledge of the WD Roadmap.
  • Prepare weekly updates and quarterly reports for management on account status, demand/supply information, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on quarterly RFQs for pricing and maintain current organizational documentation.
